About Us

Budeez is a local before and after school club, made up of a tightly knit staff team who actively encourage every child to feel a sense of ownership and to be part of our extended family.

Children can develop to their full potential within a happy, safe, stable and stimulating environment and parents can feel confident about leaving their children in our care.

We offer key person working and freedom of choice in a structured setting: our aim is to enhance children’s communication and language, physical development and personal, social and emotional development to comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS, 2017) and comply with the Childcare Register (2017) requirements.

We aim to work closely with parents and the settings children attend to develop the children’s education, improving their confidence and promoting good, strong relationships between children, staff and the community.

To support settling in, each child under the age of 5 is allocated a key person who will ensure their individual needs are met.

In early years and childcare, communication between Budeez, schools and parents (including guardians, carers etc) is encouraged and actively promoted. Staff welcome your comments at any time and feedback via our Annual Questionnaire ensures we are continually adapting to meet your changing needs.

Budeez also works closely with the Pre-school Learning Alliance (also our insurers) and Childcare.co.uk to promote early years and childcare and to ensure our voices are heard at government level.
Budeez is a fully inclusive provision and, where possible, ensures every child is included and none are disadvantaged.

Children currently attending the club and siblings will be given first choice of available spaces; other places will be allocated on a first come – first served basis.
